Effective Management and Support

The Mental Health in the Workplace Workshop aims to help leaders and managers identify and manage mental health problems in the workplace in a way that supports the individual and the organisational needs. It provides practical information and advice on building a safer and happier workplace for everyone concerned.

Research by Pricewaterhouse Coopers has shown that for every $1 spent on creating a Mentally Healthy workplace can, on average, result in a positive return on investment (ROI) of 2.3. –  Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC) (2014) Creating a mentally healthy workplace: Return on investment analysis.
