Embarking on the creation of a new customer service function within a well-established business, I approached Future Institute of Australia for coaching support for myself and another team member to be able to undertake the set-up in-house. The team at Future Institute were quick to understand our business and what we were trying to achieve and, without over-engineering anything, were able to tailor a solution to suit our needs. It was this bespoke approach that gave us the confidence to set up a series of three workshop/training sessions targeted at different staff groups within the business. Customised Leadership Training

The team at Future Institutes have been exceptional. After deciding to place our core supervisory team on a management and leadership program, we were looking for a vibrant and energetic RTO which could bring modern, innovative ideas to help deliver this program into our organisation. After an initial meeting with Michael and Janet where they conducted an in-depth analysis of the training needs for the group, their vision and structured approach became evident and we were very confident that the team would be fully engaged in the training program.

Save 2 hours a Week Workshop

The “Save two hours per week” workshop is all about change, however Janet and John instilled that the biggest change was within each individual.

The material was relevant and the session had a good mix of theory and practical elements.

Janet was able to keep the delivery fresh and interesting throughout the 4 hour workshop and, from the start, guided trainees towards an agreed outcome.

Hospitality Leadership Training

The Hotel employs a particularly diverse workforce, including numerous nationalities, cultures, age groups and experience. For some time I had been looking for a Management and Leadership program to improve communication and strengthen leadership from Supervisory level through to Management Executives. I was really impressed with the Future Institutes business model and the wealth of experience that the Directors and the trainer brought to the table. Manager and Supervisor Training (Program Conclusion)

As I exit my role as Project Director on the Ichthys Project, I would like to commend Future Institute for the support and mentoring provided to the Ventia OPS-1 team over the length of the project.

Since we engaged Future Institute to assist us in closing the gap with our junior leaders and less experienced site based staff, we have witnesses a remarkable turnaround in employee engagement and productivity. Indeed, now that the project is coming to an end, the large majority of the 14 or so who embarked on the training program that Future Institute custom designed for us, have either been promoted internally or have found more senior roles on other projects or with other like organizations.

The quality of the customised material along with the skills and expertise of the selected trainer, have in my view contributed to the success of the project and enhanced the market value of the individuals as leaders. Identifying the Training Needs

I was introduced to Future Institute by a colleague of mine.  Had it not been for that introduction, I would not have engaged because of previous encounters with training providers.
