Embarking on the creation of a new customer service function within a well-established business, I approached Future Institute of Australia for coaching support for myself and another team member to be able to undertake the set-up in-house. The “Save two hours per week” workshop is all about change, however Janet and John instilled that the biggest change was within each individual.

As I exit my role as Project Director on the Ichthys Project, I would like to commend Future Institute for the support and mentoring provided to the Ventia OPS-1 team over the length of the project.

Since we engaged Future Institute to assist us in closing the gap with our junior leaders and less experienced site based staff, we have witnesses a remarkable turnaround in employee engagement and productivity. Indeed, now that the project is coming to an end, the large majority of the 14 or so who embarked on the training program that Future Institute custom designed for us, have either been promoted internally or have found more senior roles on other projects or with other like organizations.
