The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is ideal for both new and existing leaders, providing key skills and knowledge to effectively lead, manage and develop teams and improve overall performance.

Whether you have staff new to a supervisory or management role who need to build their leadership and management skills, or existing leaders who have never had formal leadership training, this course can provide them with the critical leadership skills to develop their teams holistic capabilities.

Program Delivery

Our BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is specifically designed for customisation, enabling us to modify each program to meet the needs of your organisation.

This program is delivered as a highly interactive and engaging learning approach using provides a blended delivery model that can be customised to suit the needs of your organisation.

Our delivery models include:

  • Online interactive eLearning modules for each unit of competency
  • Face-to-Face or online workshops, this can be delivered over 12 half-day workshops, or more popular, in 4 learning blocks of 2 days each (total 8 days over 12 months).
  • Comprehensive student resources

Each participant will have a dedicated trainer to support them throughout the training program: in person via workshops, via email, over the phone and through our eLearning platform.
