Save 2 hours per week: Effective Meetings & Email Protocols Course
“By implementing organisational efficiency strategies in just a few areas within your weekly activities, in regards to meetings and email protocols, you can save up to 2 hours per week, per employee, saving the organisation tens of thousands of dollars each year”. – Future institute of Australia
Want to cut back on inefficiencies and save 2 hours per week?
This workshop guides and empowers both, the individual and the organisation to remove inefficiencies that are stifling the growth of the business.
We will work together with your team to identify current issues and inefficiencies regarding meetings in your workplace.
Our workshop also covers email ‘dos and don’ts’ and how to manage the ‘never ending stream of interruptions’. The workshop will provide strategies to save the individual time, reduce stress and be more productive – a ‘win, win’ for all.
Together, we will develop an action plan to implement strategies for conducting efficient and productive meetings and change the culture of email usage in your organisation.
NB: This workshop is a change management process (not training) used to improve productivity within your organisation.
Meetings
Is there a general consensus in your team that meetings are a waste of time, unproductive and ineffective? Are your team frustrated that constant ineffective meetings are taking them away from productive activities and giving little results or beneficial outcomes?
You’re not alone, in fact, researchers found that the more meetings employees attended, the more exhausted they felt and the higher they perceived their workload to be.¹
Do your meetings need a ‘makeover’!

The “Save two hours per week” workshop is all about change, however Janet and John instilled that the biggest change was within each individual.
The material was relevant and the session had a good mix of theory and practical elements.
Janet was able to keep the delivery fresh and interesting throughout the 4 hour workshop and, from the start, guided trainees towards an agreed outcome.
It was well received by the participants, with applicable content, examples and discussion. I am optimistic that this workshop will be the catalyst for managing time more effectively within our organisation. – Liz Hodgson, Matrix Composites & Engineering
