Leadership Fundamentals Course
Do your leaders possess the leadership fundamentals essential to effectively leading teams? One of the biggest issues facing leadership in Australia is that an ascent into leadership roles is born predominately out of technical ability. Due to their skills in their given professional, these leaders often climb the corporate ladder quickly but lack the leadership fundamentals required to lead and inspire teams to success. It is not until after the fact that senior management realise the gaps in their leadership capability.
In a rapidly changing global economy, it has never been more important for businesses to know that their leaders have the skills and tools required to lead effectively and with confidence to get the best results from their teams.
Future Institute have developed this Leadership Fundamentals Program where participants will be challenged to look inward and reflect on their behaviours and how they can positively and negatively impact others. They will understand the need for using different styles of leadership, develop strategies to get ‘buy in’ from their teams, and learn how to better manage performance.
After many years working with leaders, Future Institute have identified a set of core skills that are essential to building effective leaders now and into the future. This program consists of 4 modules and can be customised to suit your organisation’s needs.
