DISC ADVANCED® is the World’s most advanced behavioural assessment system.

The DISC ADVANCED® process is designed to provide users with practical and, most importantly, useable, information. Too often behavioural assessment systems are incomplete, leaving participants wondering, “What now?”

The DISC ADVANCED® process provides a platform for achieving real results. For example, the DISC ADVANCED® process includes action plans and extensive instructions on how to achieve real results that enhance performance.

 Advantages to Consider about DISC ADVANCED® Assessments:

  • More Style Combinations Identified
    DISC ADVANCED® assessments go much further than traditional DISC by identifying more styles. First of all, 44 base DISC styles are identified – most other DISC assessments give you between 4 and 16. Further, we then also identify Interrelated DISC Relationships. This provides a significantly more comprehensive understanding of someone’s complete behavioural style and is a dramatic improvement that provides a much deeper understanding of human behaviour.
  • Reliability of Results
    DISC ADVANCED® is difficult to cheat. There are mechanisms in the system that indicate unreliable results.  Assessments can be (and often are) answered by the respondent in the way they believe the employer would like them to answer.
  • Action Plans
    All DISC ADVANCED® assessments include extensive Action Plans so you get real results. More than just a report – they are a complete project within a report.
  • Designed for the Workplace
    Unlike other “personality tests”, our assessments were designed for the workplace from the ground up. The assessment measures both the subconscious “real self” and the conscious behavioural styles. This permits evaluation of the impact of the work environment and potential job pressures on the person.

Program Outline

The DISC Advanced Program is a ½ day facilitated face-to-face workshop for groups of 4 or more participants.

Future Institute’s programs are interactive and reflective to ensure participants are fully engaged, encompassing all 4 Learning Styles, (e.g. Theorist, Activist, Pragmatist and Reflector).

This workshop covers the following:

  • Developing an understanding of the different individual behavioural styles
  • Identifying my own style – Individual Assessment Report
  • Understanding other’s styles and how they interrelate with mine
  • How to identify the behavioural styles of other individuals
  • Improved communication and understanding
  • Developing practical action plans to modify our styles appropriately

Participants will receive:

  1. DISC ADVANCED® Behavioural assessment including a bound colour report.
  2. Worksheets for the development of an Action Plan specific to each individual’s profile.
