  • A sole operator supported by associates aiming to develop leaders and their teams, and create engaging workplaces so that high quality customer service and business growth is achievable and sustainable.

2004 – 2006 – Chief Executive Officer: Central Wheatbelt Division of General Practice

  • Led the division in supporting General Practice, GPs and primary health to achieve positive health outcomes for individuals and communities within this rural and remote region.
    Staff of 22 (15 FTE) and $3m budget.

2002 – 2004 – Relationships Manager, Rural: Silver Chain Nursing Association
