2016-2017 – Principal Consultant: John Scotland Consultants

  • A sole operator supported by associates aiming to develop leaders and their teams, and create engaging workplaces so that high quality customer service and business growth is achievable and sustainable.

2004 – 2006 – Chief Executive Officer: Central Wheatbelt Division of General Practice

  • Led the division in supporting General Practice, GPs and primary health to achieve positive health outcomes for individuals and communities within this rural and remote region.
    Staff of 22 (15 FTE) and $3m budget.

2002 – 2004 – Relationships Manager, Rural: Silver Chain Nursing Association

  • Led business development activities including contract negotiation for services in rural and regional Western Australia.

1999 – 2002 – Manager Hospice Care Service: Silver Chain Nursing Associatione

  • Led over 300 staff, providing services for over 2,500 clients per annum.
