Having spent more than 20 years in leadership, sales and customer service, Amelia recognises the need for individuals and organisations alike to embrace and refocus in the area of development on their largest resource – people.

Throughout her career, Amelia has facilitated hundreds of training programs developing leaders, managers and individuals in a range of industries including travel, retail, security, manufacturing, corporate and government-based organisations.

  • Model and encourage all staff to learn on-the-job, to take responsibility for their own learning and actively seek to engage in learning for their own productivity and career enhancement
  • Understand organisational and executive imperatives (short-term and long-term) for learning and development
  • Give performance feedback regularly, and develop action development plans with all their staff
  • Manage workflow and resourcing so that appropriate learning and development occurs
  • Support ‘online’ moodle systems for clients, encouraging learning through engagement and individual outcomes
  • Over 12 years’ experience in VET, Corporate Business group/class facilitation, online platforms
  • Developed, coordinated and facilitated training programs, including preparing the associated materials and paperwork for both Vocational and non-vocational studies
  • 15 years in sales, marketing and customer service and 8 years’ experience in Management, and Corporate Business Development.
