Effective leaders are versatile and are able to adapt their styles according to the situation.

However, we tend to have a preferred (default) leadership style that we use more often, based on our own characteristics and personality, so it is helpful to know which one that is for you.

This self-assessment survey is designed to help you identify your leadership Style (i.e. the style that you have a tendency to respond with).

At the end of this survey, we delve into the situational leadership theory and how you can adapt your leadership style based on your team for maximum performance. NB: This survey is based on one leadership model, their are many models and styles available for leadership.

Once your payment is processed you will be provided with your own login to this assessment via our learning management system.  These login details will be valid for 4 weeks from the time of payment.  If you would like to extend this time frame simply send us an email and we will provide you with extension options.  If you would like to provide multiple licences to your team get in touch with us to discuss how we can create an access period that suits.
