Cecelia Masterton
Cecelia has extensive experience as a Trainer / Assessor, facilitator and developer with various corporate industries and RTOs. Cecelia has developed numerous training sessions, including self-paced training workbooks for specific units of competency, numerous management courses and a variety of enterprise specific sessions.
As a training facilitator Cecelia is determined to make the training experience effective for participants. For her, it is all about helping people to make a difference and discover something new as part of each session. As a Curriculum Designer she looks to ensure that the material covers the required topics in a way that engages and promotes learning.
Cecelia’s key responsibilities at Future Institute are:
- Managing the development of all new Nationally Recognised programs
- Maintaining the compliance of all materials for Nationally Recognised programs
- Reviewing and improving current materials
- Working with others to verify and validate Nationally Recognised programs.
