Performance management is a continuous process that goes beyond just occasional reviews.
Course Overview
This Performance Management Course will help team leaders, supervisors, and managers to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and offer support and resources to team members, all of which are essential elements of effective performance management. Developing their ability to align individual goals with organisational objectives and provide ongoing guidance and support; they will be able to help their team members thrive and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Participants will learn effective communication and feedback skills to provide constructive performance reviews using CEDAR Model and to effectively coach employees using IGROW Model.
Duration and Delivery
This course offers two options:
- Full-day intensive (8 hours)
- Half-day introduction (4 hours)
Both options are available either as face-to-face sessions for up to 18 participants or as virtual sessions (half-day only) for up to 9 participants
Course Customisation
To ensure our training meets the specific needs of your organisation, our Instructional Design Team will facilitate a virtual meeting to customise and contextualise the content. This will include activities in line with your workplace procedures and practices, and develop suitable activities, scenarios, and workplace application strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes.

- Customisation is included in the course cost
Optional Extra
We recommend an eLearning module be completed by participants prior to the workshop. This pre-learning will provide the underpinning knowledge for theorists and reflectors and allow the session to be more practical and application based (additional $59 pp).
