Coaching Services

Future Institute of Australia has a diverse range of coaches to suit a wide variety of industries and various management levels.
Why Choose Us?

Our coaching approach is fully customised based on the situation, person’s or team’s development needs and the objectives of the coaching arrangements – ‘coaching needs’.

The coaching framework (presented below) provides conceptually our approach to coaching for senior and middle management, however this framework can vary.

We also offer Shadow Coaching for frontline leaders, which uses components of the framework’s coaching, however mainly focuses on onsite observation and coaching, having less diagnostics upfront.

These tailored coaching solutions are structured based on the ‘coaching needs’ as well as:

  • number of people
  • location
  • mode (eg. face-to-face or virtual)
  • group or individual arrangements
  • level of integration with a leadership development program.
Duration and Cost

Duration of coaching sessions can range from 3 months – 2 years.

Pricing is based on individual needs and inclusions, please contact us to discuss how we can customise a coaching model to suit your needs.

Our Coaching Model

Engagement and Alignment

We begin by securing the participant’s commitment and, where applicable, engaging their direct manager or referring leader to align expectations and define goals. This ensures clarity of purpose and organisational support from the outset.

Insight through Tools

To inform the coaching journey, we may use a range of psychometric assessments tailored to the individual and coaching objectives. Depending on the coach, listed below are some of the psychometric assessment tools that Future Institute offers:

  • EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence)

  • DISC (Behavioural Preferences)

  • LSI/GSI (Thinking and Interaction Styles)

  • Hogan Assessments (Personality and Leadership Potential)

Initial Coaching Session

The first session sets the foundation. We:

  • Establish ground rules and confidentiality

  • Review psychometric assessment results (if applicable)

  • Develop a tailored coaching plan using the IGROW framework

Ongoing Coaching

Regular sessions are delivered based on the individual’s coaching plan.

Each session is customised to the participant’s development needs, challenges, and evolving goals—supporting real-time learning and growth.

Review and Evaluation

At the conclusion of the coaching program, a review session is held with the participant and (if applicable) their manager or sponsor to evaluate progress and outcomes.
