Change is an integral part of any organisation, whether it be a large organisational change or a smaller incremental one. Change must be planned and executed correctly – this is where change management comes in. Change Management processes provide the structure and direction needed for a successful transformation from one state to another.
This course is designed for team leaders, supervisors, and managers to provide them with the tools to effectively manage developmental, transitional, and transformational change while mitigating resistance, minimising disruptions, and achieving desired outcomes with greater speed and efficiency. Participants will be equipped to anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. This proactive approach not only helps in achieving smoother transitions but also in enhancing overall organisational resilience and performance.
This course offers two options:
Both options are available either as face-to-face sessions for up to 18 participants or as virtual sessions for up to 9 participants.
To ensure our training meets the specific needs of your organisation, our Instructional Design Team will facilitate a virtual meeting to customise and contextualise the content. This will include developing suitable activities, scenarios, and workplace application strategies, in line with your workplace procedures and practises, to ensure meaningful outcomes.Â
We recommend an eLearning module be completed by participants prior to the workshop. This pre-learning will provide the underpinning knowledge for theorists and reflectors and allow the session to be more practical and application based (at additional cost)
