Resilience is the ability to respond effectively and positively to an unpredictable environment or situation. Resilient leaders understand that when faced with difficulties, it’s important to take action to move forward.
This course is tailored for individuals who are directly responsible for guiding teams through challenges and changes. Equipping leaders with resilience skills benefits not only themselves personally but also their teams and the organisation as a whole. It enables them to adapt quickly, stay focused in times of change, and look at challenges from new perspectives.
In today’s ever-changing business environment, achieving meaningful success requires leaders to have the resilience necessary to overcome obstacles and thrive. This course provides practical strategies and tools to help leaders develop and strengthen their resilience, empowering them to lead effectively through uncertainty and change.
This course offers two options:
Both options are available either as face-to-face sessions for up to 18 participants or as virtual sessions for up to 9 participants.
To ensure our training meets the specific needs of your organisation, our Instructional Design Team will facilitate a virtual meeting to customise and contextualise the content.
This includes the activities in line with your workplace procedures and practices, and develop suitable activities, scenarios, and workplace application strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes.
We recommend an eLearning module be completed by participants prior to the workshop. This pre-work will provide the underpinning knowledge for the participants and allow the session to be more practical and application based (at additional cost)
