About this Project

LG Professionals WA engaged Future Institute to develop a number of eLearning modules to support training across the local government sector. The goal was to make learning more accessible to officers working in both regional and metropolitan areas.

The move to eLearning meant those with geographical barriers could be removed, while maintaining a high level of engagement and relevance in the content.

Why Future Institute?

Future Institute was initially recommended by the City of Bayswater. After an initial project, LG Professionals WA developed a strong working relationship with the team, noting the proactive approach and deep understanding of both eLearning and local government. They described the process as straightforward and well-supported, with the team making the design and implementation as easy as possible.

The Result

The final modules were designed to be interactive and engaging, with the needs of local government officers front of mind. The result was that physical location was no longer a barrier, giving officers across WA greater access to professional development opportunities.
