About this Project
Iluka Resources first partnered with Future Institute in 2019 to co-design and deliver a leadership development program for their frontline leaders. This initiative was launched in alignment with Iluka’s internal Leadership Framework and focused on equipping operational leaders with practical skills and tools to lead effectively in a complex environment.
Following the success of this program, Iluka has continued to engage Future Institute on a range of internal learning initiatives. Most recently, this has included the development of custom eLearning modules, where Future Institute converts internal training content — such as PowerPoint presentations on site inductions and mining-specific procedures — into engaging, accessible online learning.
