A defining moment in our journey came during the COVID-19 pandemic, when – for a defined period of time – we pivoted rapidly to virtual delivery to ensure learning continuity for our cohorts, including international participants in Egypt.While our preferred and tried-and-tested best practice remains face-to-face delivery, this temporary shift demonstrated our ability to adapt quickly while maintaining engagement, quality, and strong learning outcomes, before returning to our established delivery approach post-pandemic.
Alongside this, we have continued to invest heavily in innovation. Our eLearning supports flexible, scalable learning; including animated inductions, while our 180-degree and 360-degree feedback tools, along with our in-house developed diagnostic tools, enable organisations to clearly identify current capability, define future-state goals, and measure progress over time.
These tools provide tangible evidence of participant development needs, and assist organisations demonstrate a clear return on investment in leadership and capability building.
