The facilitator was highly engaging and presented the information (which has the potential to be dry) in a very informative way, using lots of examples and case studies. He was very confident in what he was presenting and as a participant, I felt like my input was valued and appreciated. Thank you 🙂 I also liked following along with the workbook.
