The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is suitable for experienced managers who are looking to expand their leadership capabilities.

Course Overview

If you have new or existing leaders who have been in a leadership role for at least 2 years but have never had formal leadership training, this course can help them to expand their critical leadership skills, improve teamwide communication and culture and assist them in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others.

Program Delivery

Our BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is specifically designed for customisation, enabling us to modify each program to meet the needs of your organisation.

This program is delivered as a highly interactive and engaging learning approach using provides a blended delivery model that can be customised to suit the needs of your organisation.

Our delivery models include:

Online interactive eLearning modules for each unit of competency
Face-to-Face or online workshops, this can be delivered over 12 half-day workshops, or more popular, in 4 learning blocks of 2 days each (total 8 days over 12 months).
Comprehensive student resources

Each participant will have a dedicated trainer to support them throughout the training program: in person via workshops, via email, over the phone and through our eLearning platform.

Six (6) Elective Units
