Project Management Program

Blended Delivery

This program is designed to help businesses, teams and leaders effectively manage projects within their organisation. Each program is customised based on each organisation’s project management needs.

Why project management skills are now being seen as essential skills in many occupations / industries

Many organisations are now realising that non-technical skills (like project management and communication skills) are as important, as the technical skills required, to complete a project.  For a project to be successful and achieve its objectives, it is critical that the project manager has the skills, knowledge and capabilities to scope, plan, execute, lead, control and close the work of a team to achieve specific objectives within a required timeframe and budget.

This project management program focuses on the four critical skills required to manage a project, being risk management, project management, leadership and communication skills.  It has been designed for managers in charge of projects within any industry area.  It provides participants with the skills to work collaboratively to define a project scope, develop a project plan as well as lead, manage, control and close a project.

Project Management Program – Units

This Project Management Program is aligned to the following four (4) Nationally Recognised Units of Competency:

  • BSBRSK401 – Identify risk and apply risk management processes

Upon successful completion of all the assessment requirements, participants will be issued with a Nationally Recognised ‘Statement of Attainment’ listing these four (4) Units of Competency.
