The BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement enables your team to build key skills in customer service and engagement. The course focuses on providing tools that are required to provide solutions to customers and provide a great service experience.

The BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Engagement is aimed at customer service professionals that manage teams.  The core units will enable them to more effectively manage the application of customer service strategies as well as implement and monitor WHS policies.  Elective units give students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by focusing on emotional intelligence and people management.
