Workplace Delivery

The purpose of this program is to develop an array of office and business skills in addition to gaining knowledge about working effectively in the workplace. It will equip students with up to date business and computing skills and improve efficiency in daily business operations to enhance their understanding of business regulations.

Entry Requirements

It is preferred that students have at least Language, Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to Year 10.

When you or your employees study with Future Institute:

Delivery Method

Future Institute provides a blended delivery model to suit the needs of each organisation.

Each student will have a dedicated trainer to support them throughout the training program, either in person via workshops, via email, over the phone or through our eLearning messaging system.


For employers with 6 or more staff participating in the same qualification, half-day face-to-face workshop sessions are included for each unit of competency. These workshops comprise of:

♦  Trainer facilitated learning

♦  Customisation of lesson tasks, incorporating organisational policies and procedures

♦  Group and individual learning activities

♦  Brainstorming and team collaboration

♦  Commencement of Assessment Tasks

♦  Additional support

These workshops are followed by a one-on-one meeting between the trainer and an employer representative to discuss session outcomes and to gain feedback.

The Certificate III in Business has 12 units of competency, there is 1 core unit as listed below. 

The learner must also select 4 elective units from group A.

Duration & Cost

Course Duration
Between 6 and 12 months, depending on each learners existing skills knowledge and experience.

The fee for service course fee is $4,500
