Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a critical skill for professional and personal success. This workshop introduces the five key dimensions of EQ, with a strong focus on four core areas: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Empathy, and Social Skills.
Participants will explore what drives their emotional responses, learn how to manage those responses, and walk away with practical strategies to better manage behaviours, thoughts, and emotions – both at work and at home.
By strengthening their emotional intelligence, participants will improve communication, deepen relationships, and develop greater resilience in the face of challenges.
