How people react to change will depend on many factors, e.g. how the change will affect them, the amount of input and influence the employee had regarding the change, the degree of clarity around what will happen, how well the employee understands the reasoning behind the change, etc.
However, we tend to have a preferred (default) response to change (often people are either an Initiator, Planner or Resister), so it is helpful to know which one that you are.
This self-assessment survey is designed to help you identify your default response to change.
