This course will develop students’ skills, knowledge and attributes in risk management, leading team effectiveness, monitoring WHS procedures, project management, emotional intelligence, implementing operational plans and customer service standards.

The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is ideal for new or experienced managers that have never undertaken any formal leadership training.

Get credit for your existing experience. RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) recognises the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through work and life experiences and maps those against the criteria for a Unit of Competency or the full qualification.
This course is $4,995.00 per person. Future Institute accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer. Payment by installment options are available to suit the needs of each client, please contact us for more information. Minimum student numbers are required for workplace delivery.
The duration is 12 to 18 months, this may vary depending on each learner’s existing skills, knowledge and experience.
