John Scotland is an experienced and skilled trainer, facilitator, mediator and coach, with accreditations and qualifications in training and mediation, John brings over 18 years of experience in consulting to Australian companies in the mining, manufacturing, service and health industries, and agencies in the WA and Commonwealth public sectors.
Chris has over 42 years of experience in the emergency services industry. He began his career in early 1978, as a State Emergency Service (SES) volunteer and is the current Local Manager of the Bunbury SES Unit. His background is in emergency risk management, with post graduate qualifications in applied management and leadership, in addition to undergraduate qualifications in training and assessment, business management, leadership and emergency risk management.
Tanya Finnie is an expert in building relations and installing confidence in individuals. Tanya has valuable global experience across 10 African countries, Germany, the UK, The USA, Malaysia and Australia; and virtual clients across the rest of the world.
Deb works with organisations from a variety of industries to challenge their status quo, improve employee engagement and retention, as well as inspire emerging leaders.
Mark is an experienced and passionate trainer who has been providing training and educating for over 30 years. He has been fortunate to have trained for many respected and high-profile organisations. Mark has extensive Management and Board experience having held positions of President, Chairman, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager.
Phil is a registered and accredited trainer and coach specialising in delivering leadership programs, supervisor development, compliance & safety, and all with an exceptional customer service focus.
Over the past 20 years Paul has held senior management and leadership positions within the defence, mining, construction, processing and road transport industries. Paul has a strong influence in organisational change management and exceptional communication skills in engaging with all stakeholders.
Louise is based in the Northern Territory and provides business services and training to Darwin and regional clients. With qualifications in business, human resources, project management and counselling, Louise is passionate about helping people grow and find the right ‘fit’ for their work, career and life goals through life-long learning.
Shelley has been involved in the training industry since 2002. Shelley gained a broad spectrum of experience while operating a successful Perth-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and, since selling in 2013, Shelley has remained active in the industry – providing consultancy and training services to RTO’s.
Peter is an experienced & innovative management consultant and business coach with a long and outstanding record assisting the growth of major corporations, government departments and privately owned businesses with equal success.
